Synopsis

The modelling to evaluate and select proposals for licensing and CRM campaign partnerships with third parties is introduced and explained in the MS Word Document provided.
The introduction, with recommended principles to be followed for a successful proposal process is included, followed by the criterion for selection of independent evaluators and observers.
The full procedural movement is presented chronologically in the first flow chart in the powerpoint file.
Underlined headings for the stages of the process- pre-evaluation, evaluation, finalisation and selection- are followed by the activities (seen as sub-headings) which make up the process, and description allowing for all stakeholders to understand the process better, increasing clarity in the process, which in turn increases efficiency and turnover of the proposal evaluation process-thus providing results and feedback more efficiently.

  • Good job guys, you're one of the few other teams who have really understood the question and done what was required. I like how you used the flow chart to represent the fact that you're designing 'a model'. It'd be great to hear if you have any comments about our submission Good luck The Innovators

  • Great use of the grading system in your assurance model. I thought that was a really good idea. And a very professional powerpoint.
